Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kewalson, we have a strict no cancellation policy for all orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a replacement or refund upon receipt of the returned item(s). To request a replacement or refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photograph of the damage or defect.

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send the correct item or issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be credited to the original form of payment.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect selection. We recommend that you carefully review your order before placing it to ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) and size(s).
